Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Each Soul in Cyan piece is handcrafted, emotionally rooted, and created in limited or single editions. Due to the nature of fine art and made-to-order prints, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

This includes:

  • Original artworks (1/1)

  • Limited edition prints

  • Commissions and personalised pieces

These works are considered custom and exempt from the 14-day return period under UK and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations.


In Case of Damage

All artworks are carefully packaged using archival, acid-free materials and fully insured during transit.

If your piece arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution (e.g. replacement for prints, or refund/credit if appropriate)
