Careful, Conscious Delivery of Art

Every Soul in Cyan piece is handled with intention — from the moment it’s created to the moment it reaches your hands. All artworks are packaged using archival, acid-free materials and shipped with full insurance and tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time

  • Originals and limited edition prints are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days.

  • Custom commissions or framed pieces may require additional time. You’ll be informed of expected dispatch dates upon ordering.

  • We are a small studio and do not operate on next-day turnaround — we value quality and care.

Shipping Locations

We offer worldwide delivery.

  • Framed works are currently available for delivery within the UK only.

  • International collectors will receive unframed works unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • All orders are shipped via tracked and insured services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL Express, UPS).

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days (may vary by location)

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply in their country.
Soul in Cyan is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel

  • Include clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue swiftly and fairly

Shipping of Commissioned Pieces

Shipping timelines for commissions are discussed at the time of booking. These are made-to-order and require dedicated creation time. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for both production and delivery if tied to a specific occasion or deadline.
