Soul in Cyan is an independent, UK-based, artist-led studio offering original cyanotype artworks, limited edition prints, and bespoke commissions created by Rose Attridge.
Our work focuses on capturing emotional, fleeting moments through light, cyan blue, and gold.
3. Eligibility & Use
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have legal guardian permission. You agree not to use this site or its Services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorised purpose.
4. Product Information
All artworks are photographed and described as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, minor variations in tone, paper texture, and gold markings are natural and intended.
Colours may differ slightly depending on your device or display settings.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice
All artwork, text, photography, gold markings, designs, and collection names are the exclusive intellectual property of Rose Attridge / Soul in Cyan. This includes, but is not limited to:
The Soul in Cyan name
Collection titles: Soul in Space, Soul in Sound, Soul in Dreams, and Driven by Soul
Any logos, visual branding, or gold mark styles
These assets are protected under UK and international copyright, design, and common law trademark protections. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.
Purchasing a piece does not grant commercial or reproduction rights.
We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any unauthorised use, imitation, or infringement.
6. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance. A contract is not formed until your payment is received and your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order for any reason.
If we cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time without notice.
Prices do not include customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable outside the UK. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
We process payments securely through Shopify. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using insured, tracked delivery. All artworks are packed with acid-free, archival materials.
Framed work is available for UK delivery only unless otherwise arranged. Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed. We are not liable for customs delays or carrier issues once the item has been dispatched.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and highly limited nature of our work, all sales are final.
Under UK and EU law, custom and made-to-order items (including original artworks and limited edition prints) are exempt from the standard 14-day return period.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess the situation and provide a fair resolution.

10. Privacy & Data

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul in Cyan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products.
We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
